Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions immediately cease. Any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited except where prohibited by law (legitimate deposits made in good faith before the violation occurred may be refunded at mpobig's discretion after deducting any bonuses, winnings from bonus abuse, or amounts owed to mpobig). You must immediately cease using the platform and destroy any downloaded materials. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. You agree that Indonesian courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to your use of mpobig services, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve all disputes with mpobig on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not consolidated with other users' claims.
